Erin is the epitome of a real estate professional. Erin has been both our buyer's agent and now our selling agent. She communicated with us at every step of the way. When we were out of town, Erin attended showings and kept our dog occupied (we personally feel that is above and beyond the duty of a seller's rep.). When the contract hit snags and further negotiation was necessary, she was the consummate professional and remained level-headed (even when I personally did not maintain composure).
